Buying a dress for your wedding is supposed to be the best expeirence and for me, Evelyn Marie's bridal made it the worst! They have multiple complaints against them through the Better Business Bureau of NH. I went to the store found the perfect dress and bought it right then and there. The young girl who works there told me she would have to order the dress, even though it fit me perfectly in the store. She gave me the impression that the dress would be in my possesion within a few weeks. I called back a few weeks later and was told by the owner, Evelyn that my dress would not be in until a week before my wedding! Us brides all know that is not enough time for alterations! I expressed my concern to Evelyn and she told me 1 week is plenty of time and that I was being impatient. I suggested to her that I take the dress in the store for a discounted price. They gave me the dress at full price and said I had to pick it up that day or else they would sell it to another customer!
