The Rochester International Event Center, also known as RIEC, accommodates up to 850 guests and serves as a venue for wedding receptions, conferences, meetings, corporate functions, family banquets, dances, concerts, conventions and trade shows. Its meeting facilities feature air-conditioned and heated rooms with adjustable lighting, in-house speaker system, classroom-style tables, podiums and high-speed Internet access. The Rochester International Event Center provides a variety of items in its lunch and dinner menus. Its lunch menu includes soups, salads, entrees, desserts, appetizers and seafood. The event center s appetizer list features meat-filled croissants, smoked salmon, bacon-wrapped scallops, egg rolls, shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, chicken quesadillas, brushetta and Buffalo wings.
