Excellent new car sales staff, this department well run, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Parts department is also well run, helpful, and quick. I'm not familiar with the previously owned vehicle department, so I can't comment on that area. The vehicle repair department could use some work, my last experience there was not very satisfactory, I was not told all the particulars of the proposed repair. Important information was not revealed to me, the personnel could be more informed about the dealership system of keeping track of vehicles, and the dept. could benefit from enhancing their people handling skills. I would like to point to Kim Marshall, and Pat (customer relations) as two prime examples of excellent employees. In fact Kim is the only reason I will continue to purchase my vehicles at RHCJD. I'm so dissatisfied with the service department I don't think that I will return for service there.
