The reservation process was easy. Very professional. Once we arrived, the space was clean. Hook up no problem. We have a small travel trailer. No cable. Antenna picked up 32 channels that came in clear. Bathrooms were not bad, but ventilation in them was lacking. Condensation gummed up the paper towels and toilet paper. Check out was very unpleasant. If you do not have exact change, do not go there. The older man was extremely grumpy ( like the guys off the movie Grumpy Old Men). Not sure we will stay again.

Didn’t actually have the chance to stay here. We made a reservation when we thought we would need to move from our curent location. When a cancellation freed up a space in our current location the woman on the phone asked in a disgusted tone, "For what reason?" I told her that was not her business and she hung up on me. Wouldn’t return my calls regarding deposit return.

Thee single worst RV park the wife & I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately we made the mistake of staying a second month hoping it would get better, it didn't. Had a guy knocking on the door begging for food & money. (Oh we'll document that) I heard. Internet was marginable at best. Also heard everyday, "They are coming to fix it tomorrow" Tomorrow NEVER came. Judy (Co manager) has a attitude problem when you mention things that don't work, Chuck (other manager) if you hang around him long enough you will hear the "N" word........ A previous poster mentioned the units that are there year round that could stand some cleaning up, they are right! They could also clean up under & around their units. Can't comment on the restrooms as I didn't use them.....If you are among the La Di Da group, you can let your dog run unleashed. Thinking of staying in Baldwin County? Find a different park, they are all over the place.

Don't stay n the fifth wheel that's rented out. Bugs mice things fallin off the walls n no heat z a wonderful attraction all for only 300 a week What a bargain

Reasonable rates, and friendly management. Single woman came in August, and they put me close to the office, and rec room, and laundry!

They have a gulf cart patrolling at night for security, and I feel very safe here. Its not in a crime area either. They even help with the propane, and fill up is on site. 30, and 50 Amp drive thru lots, and some w picnic tables.

Brand New Rehab just done in the rec room in Sept. Sunday breakfast, pot lucks, card games, and crafts. TV, and even wii to play bowling on! Out back in the pavilion, there's Bar-B-Q's on occasion.

It just poured rain last week, and there was minimal 1/2" of standing water on my lot, and it soaked in/drained fast.

We stayed here a couple of weeks after the rain the water just sat all over the place. Everytime I would go outside it was ankle deep for days. The people were nice enough. It just lacked in many area's.
