Your little war with FEDEX just ANGERS customers. NO crosstalk means packages have to be sent and re-sent across country several times to get to us. WAKE UP.

Very unhappy with the customer service I recieved. Ups in general has become more of a hassle than its personally worth to me. I will be sure to use FedEx from now on. My package was at a warehouse near my house and I was told I can't even pick it up for 2 days. Same day as delivery was scheduled. I never had any problems picking packages up early from the FedEx warehouse. Also seemed to be an in convenience to the customer representative on the phone. I will not use ups again. Very displeased!

I tried to make this review a NEGATIVE star. This Middle Ground office has by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I live on the third floor of an apartment building and I have all my heavy purchased shipped to me, I don't mind incurring the shipping expense because it is easier than lugging an item up 3 flights of stairs. I purchased a home entertainment system for a birthday present and on the first attempt of delivery a note was left stating a signature was required, on the back of the note were options for the second attempt of delivery. I requested that the package be left at my property managers address which is directly under me and again the package was not left. I was told the driver had a heavy day and did not have time to deliver it to that address, which by the way he had to pass to get to my apartment. I called and the customer service that I received was unacceptable, none at all. UPS needs to review customer service policies.

Hung up on me, I was asking questions about about the claims process, she didn't seem to know the answer, she sounded frustrated then hung up on me. This was a personal shipment, but I am part owner of a local business that employees nearly 300 people, and was talking to one of my suppliers and was told if you aren't the shipper or a big business account, there is almost no communication.
