I'd give them a no star but that's not an option ! Ups doesn't care about their customers including seniors ! They said a supervisor would call me by 10:00 am. It's 10:38 still no call apparently Pat the supervisor is a liar ! I'm now been on hold for 12 minutes still no answer to talk to another supervisor ! Very unprofessional !

Tried to call the number about a package that was never delivered due to snow. Talked to someone in Asia who was of no help and difficult to understand. Never notified of package status. Poor customer service.

This web site is useless by the way. I was emailed that a package was to arrive and needed signature. Cancelled Drs. appts. and waited four hrs. No package. If you can tell me it's coming, you can tell me it's not.

I came to this site after my NEIGHBOR just delivered my 2nd package in 2 weeks. The local driver leaves our packages at his front door because his address is 3806 and I would presume he is confusing that with my address which is 3906. Fortunately my neighbor is of the friendly sort and has brought both packages to my house. Another problem though is that my neighbor rarely uses his front door and the first package laid out in the weather for 3 days. He said the UPS driver passed three 3806 signs and still dropped both at his house a week apart. Attempts to contact UPS by phone have been unsucessful and short of catching the driver in the act I do not know how to remedy the situation. I am fearful to even order goods at this point as they may never make it to my house. I can't imagine I am the only one with this delivery problem. I hopefully can request delivery by the USPS as the Mailman does know the correct house. Do you have any other ideas?

Small Package was left in front of garage door. When we opened the garage door and backed the car out, we ran over the package. If the package had been place 2 feet to the left or right it would have been out of harms way. Drivers should know not to place packages in front of garage doors - place them to the side or in between the two doors - always.
