While we are located in Roanoke, Virginia, we currently administer health benefit plans for companies with covered persons located throughout the southeast. BPA offers self-funding, flexible spending and other consumer directed health plans to employers with 25 employees and up. In order to provide our clients with access to quality, efficient medical care, we have established working relationships with the finest national and regional provider networks.
