Went in on a holiday & was thrilled to have the same tire available to replace my newly damaged one. I bought 2 & asked that they put them on the front & I wanted to keep the one undamaged tire I was replacing. It was closing time when I picked the car up & I saw a tire in the back so assumed it was my old one. Got home & found that it was the spare, they didn't put it where it goes in storage & they kept the old one and CHARGED ME DISPOSAL FEE for it as well. Upon a closer look, they also put the new tires on the back, not the front as I requested.

Did not appreciate this NTB they lied to me saying my car had gone dead in the shop while they were doing an oil change and said I needed to buy a new battery. They had already pulled up a battery price for me and it was outrageous, so I asked them to jump my car off. My car didn't die because all my stations were still programmed and my sun roof button wasn't flashing. They thought just because I was a girl they could run this trick.

DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION! They damaged my vehicle by hitting the back railing and tearing off the back bumper which torked my rear end. I gave them 2 estimates. Total damages of $9000.00 and are refusing to pay!
