I have BCBS and I always use Quest for lab services but this I got large bill when i contacted my insurance company they said it is due to the facility i pick. Apparently quest is expensive compare to the other lap facilities. I spoke to billing Dept, the lady was very rude. I will never go to this lab anymore. If you have BCBS, plz make sure you call them or go to the website and do a cost comparison before you pick Quest.
