Let's see, our pool pump has been broken for 3 weeks now. This company finally has everything to finish the job, but they decided to take a 3 day weekend instead. They will never be hired here again.

Very dissapointed...



Horrible. Fred sent someone out to have a look at my pool and its pressure issues. Came out once and told me the pump wasn't working because the pool was dirty and was clogging up. I told him the pool was dirty because the pump wasn't working. He was convinced that what his helper told him was correct and even after I asked him to go out a second time and check again he still told me the pool was dirty and that was the culprit. I went home that night and found a beer bottle cap in the diaphragm that was clogging it. Once I removed that the pressure shot up and the pool was sparkling clean over night. Over the weekend I received a bill for 85 dollars for them coming out and misdiagnosing the problem. I called him and he wouldn't listen to me told me he didn't believe me and that the 85 dollar bill stands. I told him I'd be willing to pay him for the gas for coming out there but that they misdiagnosed the problem. Very disappointed in the service and will never work with again.
