Grand Master Kwon has spent over 40 years devoted to training in the art of Taekwondo and other martial arts and has attained a level of expertise to qualify him as a master instructor and also a mentor. When selecting instructors we select outstanding men and women who have both a high level of martial arts skills and a passion for sharing them with others. We are confident that while watching any of our staff in action that you will see that our instructors love what they do!

Amenities

We are the first and only martial arts school in Utah that is a certified & licensed child/day care provider by Utah's Bureau of Child Development and Child Care Licensing Program. Not only does our program offer an enriching environment where kids do their homework, learn Taekwondo, participate in fun games, activities and socialize with their friends, we also pick them up from school! All before you get off work! Our program is affordable, fun and educational with Martial Arts discipline

Grand Maste Kwon Immigrating from South Korea in 1980, Master Kwon had a dream and a vision to revolutionize the way Tae Kwon Do would be taught in America. Master Kwon is internationally known and respected as an excellent technician, a top competitor, a talented teacher and deep philosopher. He is the personification of Martial Arts excellence. His life and many accomplishments demonstrate a never ending pursuit of perfection. Established in Utah in 2009, Master Kwon has also opened popular schools in New York, New Jersey, Virigina, and California throughout his 45 years of teaching and studying of martial arts

World Martial Arts Dojang school has three convenient locations for studying martial arts in Riverton, South Jordan and South Salt Lake, UT. We offer martial arts classes for children, adults, families, and little dragon (children ages 4 and 5). Our world class martial arts facilities feature large training areas with matted floors, providing a high-quality, safe environment for our students.
