They have really, really stepped up their game with helping all of the Animals!!! My Fam & I have been going here for years and have seen the changes! They are in the process of building a new Dog/Cat area. The small animals were clean and well taken care of. Plenty of items to buy for your Pets at home. Instead of giving your $ to some Big Corporation they could use it more & you know it goes to the Animals!

Very clean store. Manager Mike was extremely helpful and explained how the change from pedigree to oregen would help my dogs coat. It did!!!!!!! Great store! Thank you Mike in Delran I will be back for more dog food.

This store is so easy to navigate, and they have the best priced items on the end of every aisle. The customer service is really good as there’s a greeting when you walk in, and a thank you when you’re leaving. Every time I walk in, the store looks freshly cleaned, and the shelves look like they’ve just been stocked. They definitely take care of the store providing a pleasant experience.

I stopped in the other day for the first time. Wow, was it enormous! I had a pleasant experience, as I was able to look at their selection of pets in the midst of my shopping. I was approached by a few staff members asking if I needed assistance, but I was too engrossed with their beautiful fish selection that I politely declined. I was impressed with the cleanliness (based on the fact it's a pet store with a number of pets tracking through there each day), and the service was great. There's really not a negative aspect that I can say about Pets Plus in Delran.

I come here quite often for pet supplies for my silver lab and can't help but want to buy him a new buddy. Anyway they have an awesome selection of organic dog food that my dog absolutely lovesss. They have everything you can imagine for my hamster. From wheels to all those tunnels to food, I am like a kid in a candy store for my pet. Couldnt be more happy with the selection here. A+ on inventory :)

I bought a product from another pet store because the store I bought it from ended up giving me the wrong information. Confused, I went to Pets Plus and they made sure I left with the product I needed. Pets Plus employees are extremely helpful.

My pet hamster needed a new wheel, so I originally went to Pet Smart, but they had nothing in stock, as usual. So I decided to try Pets Plus, in Delran, and was pleasantly surprised. They had a few selections of hamster wheels, each fully in stock. I will definitely be shopping for all of my hamster's needs at this store from now on. Thanks Pets Plus!

They have plenty of specials going and there is no reason why I would not go back to their website! Their website is also constructed well, and very easy to use!

Awesome staff, awesome animals. Will probably buy this puppy I saw here today. I completely trust the employees here, and I believe that they have taken good care of the puppy! So I am convinced, I am buying the dog!

How can you not want to buy things for your pets from Pets Plus? It is simply the best Pet Store franchise this side of New Jersey! Pets Plus far beats out their competition especially with all of those other dirty and really disgusting and smelly places that I have been lately—and by accident!

I was not pleased by the sights I saw at petsplus, the animals were barely taken care of. The animals are often starved. Their staff, are rude to customers. Not a well run store.
