      It's On! is local family owned gym. We are not some mega corporation or cookie cutter franchise fitness center. Why does this matter ? Our staff and our members are like family. We hire only the very best certified trainers and coaches. They truly love what they do. When you come in, everyone will know you by name, they will know your limits and your goals. Our coaches will work with you and motivate you every day to ensure you reach your goals. Unlike large chain gyms that have same routine every day, we constantly mix it up with the new classes, guest trainers, new routines and specialty training. This ensures you keep motivated and interested. Change is never easy, it takes hard work and dedication but if you're willing to put in the work, we will take care of the rest.
