I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and never had the need for storage. I visited all the local spots and decided this one based on price, reviews and location. I was very pleased with my decision. Zero problems and very very professional and friendly service. There was always someone at the desk to help and I visited my 2 storage units many times as I was moving and getting organized. The units were clean and completely insect free. I will always use them and recommend them highly to my friends and family.

they may be nice at the beggining but beware of their sinister side!!! when I got a hornets nest on my door and was denied access to my storage because I did not want to have them nest in my storage which has a 40ft ceiling. no way to spray. and when I asked for help at 11 am they would not call anyone. told me I was being a sissy even though the girl would not go anywhere near them. they and the fat cat owner in beverly hills don't want to help you when you need it. then they asked me to move out so I hired a lawyer. i called 40 pest control services none of which had a contract with them. they totally lied to me. I also had tons of ants in my unit. and they blamed that on me. truth is that the whole area in nesting with millions of ants. they never spray or I would not have black widows, ants , hornets and everything else. wouldn't doubt if they had mice too. do you want to trust your stuff with them. there are much friendlier storages in the area, like u store it. they told me they would have a pest control out that day to take care of the problem.

I have had my storage space since they opened. I am very happy with there customer service. Kim is an awsome customer service representative.
