Dr. Gartzke grew up in Algoma, Wisconsin a small town outside of Green Bay. Dr. Gartzke is a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine Athletic Training and a 2007 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Prior to River Falls Spine & Wellness Center he practiced chiropractic for 7 years in the Twin Cities. Dr. Gartzke also teaches at the University of St. Scholastica as an adjunct professor for the Masters level Athletic Training Program since 2010. Dr. Gartzke has also taken additional course work and specializes in treating whiplash related injuries from automobile accidents. He has served as an expert witness in deposition and arbitration hearings. When he’s not in the office he enjoys keeping current with sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife Kim, family and friends. His current practice in River Falls first opened its doors in 1981 and in the 30 plus years since is all about results. Rest assured Dr. Gartzke will go to great lengths to help you take your health back! Our mission is to help families and individuals of all ages experience greater degrees of life, human potential, function, health, and well-being through enhanced neural self-organization & function and spinal integrity, regardless of the presence or absence of symptoms or conditions. In addition to leading-edge evidence-based chiropractic methods that are very honoring, gentle, and effective, we utilize state-of-the-art, non-invasive technology for assessment of neurological function that has been awarded certification by the Space Foundation, co-founded by NASA. We acknowledge the detrimental effects of stress on the nervous system and the state of one's body, mind, and soul. Gonstead Chiropractic adjustments help the body to correct its subluxation patterns along with helping the individual release trapped tension (emotional, chemical, and physical) and gain a greater awareness of the body, while concurrently encouraging the nervous system to create new, and more effective strategies for adapting to stress, life, and one's world. It is our goal to reach and educate as many people as possible on the profound positive effects chiropractic care has on one's quality of life, health, and wellness; both through our efforts, and the much appreciated efforts of our empowered practice members who are benefiting greatly from living the Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle and sharing the experience with others.
