Good firm, i did get what i expected. My husband had lost his job and we fell behind a few months. He has since found another job. The reduced mortgage payments helped us during that time and is even better now that he is working again!

received my modification this week with their help. what great timing! they answered all of my questions along the way and got back to me in a reasonable time frame IMO. I will be letting some of the people I know with issues like mine that they did a great job for me

I was very nervous when i called them but was glad i did. I was 6 months behind and did not know what to do. I spoke to one of their legal assistants and they explained to me what they do and how they may be able to help me. I spoke to my husband and he agreed that we should get started before our bank would take our home. We did receive a letter that they were going to start foreclosure on us. Once I signed up with them they seemed to have jumped on my information. I received a sale notice on my home and they were able to delay that until my modification was approved. It was approved and we are saving enough every month now that we can put some money aside. I read all the review below and wanted add my experience to the list.

I had submitted my modification package to my lender and was denied. I called Liberty Credit Law to help me. They spoke to my lender and sent my paperwork to them and was also denied the first time. They told me they would step up the process as they occasionally get a decline on some files that then get approved. They must have talked to the right people because they did get me an approval that I could not get by myself. My rate is now 2% from 7.75% and I am now saving over $482.00 per month. This is going to be a big help to my family since I am now on disability and not sure when I will be able to work again.

2 Thumbs up to Liberty Credit law! Liberty Credit Law did a GREAT job! I am a single parent and my hours were cut back. They helped me save enough money every month to be able to keep my home.

My experience was a bit different from the other poster, The legal assistant I spoke to at Liberty Credit Law was great and their client service department was always there to help me. I was very sceptical about hiring a law firm to help me with a loan modification but I am glad I did. I read about so many scams out there but can say that you are not one of them. After submitting everything requested, I am now saving over $1,300 per month!

Horrible to wor with and watch out don't trust them at all. They will keep your money and only put you firther in debt. I know fro first hand experience.BEWARE!!!!!!!
