Prior to moving to one of their properties we asked many questions about the conditions of the house. The day we moved in we discovered that there were conditions not disclosed to us prior to signing the lease. We now feel stuck in a 1-year lease without being fully informed. Although the house is not in unlivable conditions, we do feel that we may have decided not to move in had we been properly informed of things. Instead things were completely glossed over and rushed. We will absolutely not be renewing our lease and feel that we cannot trust these people at all. Their only interest is getting tenants in and leases signed, but the "management" of their properties are the bare minimum at best. There was trash all over the lawn when we moved in, the kitchen and windows were filthy and carpets needed to be replaced.
