August 13, 2014 about 8:00 p.m., I stopped in the Show Shoe in Ripley to buy a new pair of New Balance Tennis Shoes, because the last 3 pair of 409 New Balance soles come unglued before they were worn and the shoes become useless, after being in the store several minutes with no assistance while the three ladies were standing at the register talking, I approached the register and asked if New Balance had a shoe that the soles wouldn't come loose and showed the ladies where both the soles had come loose and informed them it was the 3rd pair of the 409's that had come loose before the shoes were worn out.. I was informed she had never had any returned for the soles coming loose and I informed her I was going to buy another brand, I was tired of the soles coming loose and as I was leaving, sarcastically she said (HAVE A GOOD EVENING), I wasn't asking for a refund or returning the shoes, I was there to buy shoes, Tomorrow I WILL return the shoes and never buy another pair there!
