Their rental manager, Judy Arnold, is HORRIBLE. She was very nice when we were looking to rent a place, but nasty when our lease with them was over. We had been exceptional tenants, but as soon as we notified her that we were not re-signing for another year, she treated us like scum. Every step of our move-out process was so stressful and difficult because of her. Plus, Judy deducted money from our deposit unfairly....whiich we of course anticipated.Please do not rent from Bray when there are other options out there. It is still a renters market and you don't have to suffer with them like we did.

As a former tenant of a property managed by Bray, I had the misfortune of dealing with Judy Arnold. Judy was always discourteous, abrasive and unprofessional. I hope that she is not a representation of all brokers at Bray; however, it was all that I saw and as such I would never rent/buy from Bray based on this experience.
