Was Wowed!! My hair dresser relocated to Florida and I was left without one! I was so upset!! My husband bought me a groupon deal to try Evelina Salon. So I made my appointment with Jolanda. She is extremely sweet and listened to what I needed her to do with my hair! She did an excellent job!! Then I booked an appt for highlights/low lights. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a new hairdresser who knows how to listen and do what I want from her to on my hair!! She is excellent!! Very patient and doesn't rush a client in any way!! If you are in a similar situation as me, try her, you will not be disappointed!!

Outstanding salon. There is not enough words you can tell about this place. You have to check it out for yourself. I was there a couple days ago and got a great haircut and color with Diana and best foot massage and pedicure with Carolina. She is so nice and does a great job. Every time I go there I get the best service...they are happy to see you again which is very important I think, it doesn't matter if it's just for manicure, pedicure, waxing or else. They always offer you coffee, tea or just cookies. Very sweet owner like everyone else is very friendly, place is very nice and very clean. My spot for the beauty and relaxation for sure. Would recommend it highly! 5*****

I had to write this bc if it wasn't for them I will still walking around with orange hair that another salon had done. They took me in and did everything they can to save and restore my hair. So ladies if you need a place to go I soooo recommend them !!

I bought groupon deal for a new "me" makeover. I really wanted a new look. I read some of the reviews that were enough for me to go and try and believe me from one visit I can say "I found my forever hairdresser"

I've worked in customer service for the last three years but I can tell you this is not a good customer service, this is building loyalty with customers. U feel you're home, relaxed and at the end "exceeding your expectation" with their great service

After a hair disaster at another establishment, I called needing an appointment ASAP. I was thrilled to be able to get in to see Lucy the same day - with all of the raving reviews, I thought it would be months until I would be able to see her. But the Gods of great hair were smiling down on me.



Lucy is GREAT! She took the time to understand what I wanted, browsing through pictures as well to confirm we were on the same page. My hair is very fine and it doesn't leave room for sloppy cuts. Lucy took the time to cut it wet and then refined details after drying it straight.



After years of living in Queens and searching for a great stylist, I believe Lucy and I might be on the edge of a long term relationship. Love everything about this salon

They know how to work wonders here. I wanted a specific hairstyle that is a little difficult to get down and my stylist jenise got it right on the dot. She blow dried my hair beautifully and the whole experience was great.

I came here on a groupon. I had a keratin treatment. The staff is amazing. I was running very late because of traffic and they were sweet enough to accommodate me. They went out of the norm and i totally appreciated it. The stylist, Lili, explained everything to me in detail and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be back and recommend them.

Today was my first time coming to this salon which was on the recommendation of a friend. I'm always hesitant when trying out new salons which I had to do since moving to the area recently. Luckily I hit the jackpot with this one...the salon is really beautiful and is very sleek and modern upon going in the doors of the salon. Everyone was very friendly to me as soon as I walked in the door. Lucy was my stylist who took care of my color/cut and style. She did a magnificent job on my hair which was in much needed attention from a stylist. I am extremely pleased with my whole experience today. I will definitely be going back again!!!

Lucy is INDEED wonderful! We recently moved to the ridgewood area and needed to find a new stylist. After careful research we found Lucy. Lucy listened to my 11 year-old daughter, asked her questions, offered suggestions as she was cutting and then gave her a fantastic hair-cut. You could literally see my daughter's face lighten up snip after snip until the end where Lucy delivered an amazing final product. She suggested products to try, but was not pushy at all. She did not rush through the hair-cut and gave excellent styling suggestions. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

I am relatively new to the area and was terrified to try a new salon. I have always been picky about how my hair is cut because it's so fine and straight that you can see every single cut when it's choppy. After looking up reviews, I found Evelina Beauty Salon and decided to give it a try.



This place was GREAT! The staff was extremely friendly (even when I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic), the salon was super clean, and everyone seemed to truly enjoy being there. Jenise was my stylist and she was AWESOME. She looked at the pictures I'd brought in and did a great job cutting, drying, and styling my hair. She was very friendly, kind, and made the whole appointment an enjoyable experience.



Even with my finicky hair and picky preferences, Jenise did an amazing job and I am entirely happy with my cut!

Lucy is absolutely fantastic! She knows exactly what your hair needs to make you feel the most fabulous and beautiful. My favorite thing about Lucy is that she makes me feel at home. Since moving to Ridgewood, I have had a difficult time finding a salon and a stylist that truly made me feel welcome and completely comfortable.This lady is absolutely professional and wonderful and works equally hard with all her clients.I also bought the hair products that she recommended to me (she has them at the salon) and they are amazing too! My hair is in much better condition than it was before I went to Lucy. I will be going back for sure.

Great experience at evelina beauty salon without a doubt. I was recommended here by many friends so I just had to go and see for myself. I love love love LOVE it here. Jenise dyed my hair a beautiful chesnut brown and blow dried my hair into beautiful curls. I looked amazing thanks to her. Overall the salon is outstanding they have great customer service and make sure all their customers are happy.

I must say Lucy is by far the best hair stylist I have ever come across. She simply "gets" her clients and aims to make us as beautiful as possible while achieving fashionable cuts and gorgeous color jobs. Not only that but she, Jenise, Azra and Lili have created a chic atmosphere in this salon that always clients to feel completely at ease and right at home. I have told all my friends and family to make the switch and those who have never looked back after one visit to this salon.

I highly recommend their Keratin treatment which made my hair more manageable and smooth than before I had begun dying my it at 15.

This is the place to be I cannot explain how much I love this salon! I ended up getting my hair done by Lili and the results were marvelous! I got a full color cut and blow dry done by her and it came out better than i expected. Originally I had orangey ash hair but Lili recommended a dark rich brown and it was perfect! The cut really framed my face and the blow dry was great. I highly recommend this salon. You will not regret it. Thank you!

This salon was recommended to me by a friend. It is very clean and the staff is professional and friendly. The stylist who cuts my hair is Lucy. She is AWESOME! I have now been going to the salon for about a year now. Lucy helped me grow out my hair (so it was super healthy) to my waist... and then when I wanted to chop it all off in Sept (to donate it to Locks of Love) she did a great job. The short hair style she gave me is still looking awesome as it's growing out. I totally trust her and plan to go back next week to cut it even shorter. I'm loving the freedom of shorter hair! She knows that I don't always blow-dry my hair straight, so she gave me a style that would look good both wavy and straight. I have sent many of my girl friends to her - now they have become faithful clients to her. The price is fantastic. I used to pay A LOT more for a trim before I came here!!! The best part is, not only is Lucy an amazing stylist, she is also a fantastic person. I definitely recommend this salon and Lucy to anyone who is looking for a trim or a complete makeover.
