Took a desktop to it after virus infected, and within a day, it was cleaned. The vrius wrecked my hard drive, and even boot up would take nearly half an hour. Fortunately, the first time I brought it in, they sat with me and even waited for the full boot up before they asked me questions. Next day, I got a call that it was fixed, and picked up my computer. They explained that the hard drive was bad, but they still managed to recover all the data.
