Blackfork Towing

Best thing I ever did to prepare for a problem on the road was to put the Blackfork Towing phone number into my cell phone. Rod has saved the day for us on several occasions, most recently when our car slid on an icy hill and lodged in a snowbank. We called Blackfork, Rod answered right away and arrived in less than 10 minutes. Our car was expertly removed within a few more minutes and we were on our way. Rod is extremely prompt and knowledgeable and a great guy on top of it. Had the same experience with him last spring when my car got stuck in a muddy road. I felt stupid for that to have happened, but boy what a relief to have Rod show up fast, get the car out, and even assured me that the road was to blame, not anything I had done. Can't recommend Blackfork Towing highly enough!

This guy is the greatest! He was very polite and patient on the phone, and I'm grateful for that! Not everyone is an authority on locks like this guy :) After sending a few photos of our confusing Conference Room Conundrum, he advised us on how to try to fix the problem ourselves and it worked like a charm! I'll definitely be calling this guy henceforth for all my locksmithing needs! I heard he also tows vehicles :)

I was involved in an accident where my vehicle was decided a total loss by my insurance company. Before my vehicle was even appraised formally, Rod gave me extremely helpful professional advice on how to be prepared for the total loss and get the most money back for my car. Aside from being knowledgable about the appraisal process, Rod was sympathetic and kind toward me, knowing that I had just gone through a traumatic event. Blackfork Towing would be my first choice in the future, although I hope I'm never again in a situation where I need it!

Fabulous service. Fixed up an old door lockset, fast, friendly. And we had a nice conversation about dogs.

I needed a locksmith fast. The gentleman came and spent a long time trying to pick my tricky old commercial door lock. He was eventually able to pick a different door lock to gain access to the area. He was unable to pick the old commercial lock although he tried what seemed like every available option for a locksmith. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. I will hire them again if I ever need a locksmith.

Highly recommended by Richmond area resident‎ - ‎ Somehow between starting my car, and loading my dog I tripped the door lock. Realizing I had locked myself out of my car with the engine running left me reeling in disbelief. Rod answered on the first ring, and was on his way to my place within a minute. He showed up 10 minutes later, and had my car opened in no more than 3 minutes. His pricing was more than reasonable, and I highly recommend this business to anyone needing any kind of vehicle emergency service. I didn't make it to the Hunter's Breakfast in time, but there's always next year! Maybe I'll see you there!
