Shannon has over two decades of experience in the financial industry. She focuses on cultivating new business opportunities and building authentic, long-term relationships with professionals in the healthcare sector, business executives, and nonprofit organizations. Shannon studied at Longwood University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. She serves on the Board of Directors for Hanover Chamber of Commerce, is a steering committee member for the Virginia Bankers Association for Emerging Bank Leaders, and is a member of the Women in Business Committee of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce. She has volunteered with HOPE Church, HOPE Thrift, and the Chesterfield Food Bank in her community. "I love hearing my members' stories and helping them navigate through all seasons of life.
