Founded in1924 as Memorial Child Guidance Clinic, ChildSavers specializes in child care consultancy. Based in Richmond, Va., the organization focuses on the mental well being of children and the positive bond between adult and child. It provides services, such as assessment and treatment planning, psychiatric services, talk therapy, early childhood development training, trauma counseling and many more. ChildSavers is a licensed State of Virginia Department of Mental Health organization. Council on Accreditation for Child and Family Services has also accredited the organization.
