The people were nice, however don't use your bank account to pay for any instruments on a monthly basis. They will forget and double charge your account in one month. They also do not check IDs to see if the person they are talking to in shop is the person who owns the instrument. They debited money out of our account, with out any authorization call to us, to pay for a brand new instrument. We didn't want a brand new instrument at this time and had even told the manager/owner that as well. When we found out what happened, the store argued with us. Due to these hassels, we will not be dealing with Jan Hampton Violins for our other children's musical needs. Hope your experience will be better than ours was!
