General Services Corporation is unresponsive to tenant phone calls, emails, and complaints in general. They do not take action regarding any feedback. The maintenance staff at all of their communities is inept and incompetent at best; negligent at their worst. They fail to recognize simple management skills and tactics and hire whoever will fill the position for the least amount of pay. They hire unskilled, unlicensed workers and have them complete repairs that they have no business even attempting. Be sure to Google them and look at the photos. Don't make the same mistake I did! Run! Run away as fast as you can!! Do NOT rent from any GSC managed property. Their VA properties include St. John's Wood, Chesterfield Village, Colonial, London Towne, The Crossings at Short Pump, Treehouse, Legends at Virginia Center, Somerset Glen, Wellesley Terrace at Short Pump, Foxchase, Hunters Ridge, Cardinal Forest, Breckenridge, and Old Buckingham Station.
