Ive been going to Arnellos for over twenty years. Even when I left Richmond, Id call back for advise. Believe me, Ms. Lee, the proprietor has saved me from a bunch of hair snaffoos that Ive caused from trying out things that I should have left alone. She is professional, amiable, and very good at what she does. Everyone in the shop always greet you with a smile and a hello. They specialize in Black Hair and associated problems and I recommend the shop highly.

I love this hair salon.Not only is it in a great location, but the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I have less of an itchy scalp and my hair is healthier than it has been in years! I'm always getting compliments and because of how black and glossy my hair looks people are always asking me if I have a rinse! I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone who is having hair breakage and a constantly ichy scalp like I had.

HIghly recommended if you have damaged or breaking hair. They have "secret family compounds handed down from generations, that work wonders. Excellent stylists as well.
