They had my car for two days to fix a coolant leak costing $1450+ head gasket service. The system continued to leak and at first I figured it was just leftover stuff that might have frozen in the cold weather and showed itself when the car warmed up while driving. But frequent refilling of the coolant reservoir and appearance of coolant on engine parts showed it was a leak. I'm forced to pay an extra $700 for fixing a water pump and other component that if were a problem should have diagnosed at the time. I had hoped I'd found an honest shop because when I lived in Arizona, there was a Ford dealer whose shop would fix one thing then damage another to generate repeat service. That was a big reason I started buying GM cars. I resent having spent such a large sum only to find my car not fixed at all then spending more at another shop to fix a problem that apparently wasn't there before.
