Very disappointed.... Went for cut and color.. Almost 4hrs later ended up with grey in my hair and nothing at all what I wanted! Mind you I didn't even get a t at this point!! Asked to please fix my hair that is now damaged and also refund me my money so I can have it done right!! After almost 5hrs later I paid 90$ to have my hair ruined and no refund!! Also I have never been treated so horrible in my life as I was by the owner!! For a high end salon I expected high standards.. Greatly mistaken!

As a hair salon I love going to Reflections. It is such a clean professional salon. They really pamper you when you are having your hair done. I am a regular client and have had many different hairdressers and never had a bad experience. I have also tanned there and that also is really clean, the beds are strong, although the tanning is quite expensive.

The styles coming out of Reflections salon range from Chic Classique to Goth Rock ... and every one is remarkable. Being one who likes a constant hairstyle evolution, the stylist's artistry is essential in order to color and style for every whim. Melissa Edwards keeps me coiffed. She manages my do with the right finesse to ensure shine and flair. And, she can give my mane just the right twist to make a difference and to keep my interest.

Terrible customer service and quality of services! Don't waste your money. I would be surprised if any of the girls even graduated beauty school. During my haircut the stylist cursed, made my forehead bleed after continuously poking me with scissors, banged the dryer on my head... and my eyebrow wax by another girl left me with two glaringly opposite eyebrows. One was rounded, one was real square, it was a mess. When I told the manager about my experiences, I was completely blown off. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The hair cuts and waxes are awful!
