The medical experience we had with my mom was great!! HOWEVER , after she received her infusion treatment and we took her to the restroom the toilet was so low she could not get up off of it. She has RA and cannot move or walk. Her bones crackled and made a horrible sound. She has been in pain for 2 days because of this. It seems that they need to be raised, or a riser provided if necessary. Just having a bigger stall for handicapped persons is not enough. Please correct this. I know the nurses in that area said there was going to be a new hospital. But what about those that need it now.
