I took my wedding ring in to be sized and was to pick it up the next day. Completely shocked and impressed that I got a call from the owner that same afternoon that my ring was ready. Not only did they size it they also fixed the prongs that had been bent. My ring is back on my finger and looks as gorgeous as it did the day we bought it. DO NOT USE THIS JEWELER. I filed a claim under my insurance for them to fix my platinum ring. They wrote to the insurance that they reshanked the ring. They only resoldered the ring and the "repair" job has not held although I brought the ring back to them 3 times. It just cracked at the same spot again.

Julie and Cindy are AWESOME, as are Julie's parents. They have helped me with numerous special jewelry requests, from rings to special order charms and custom anklets.
