My 50 year old SO ended up in the hospital, just trying to get an initial appointment! She called to make an appointment as a new patient. They demanded a callback number, but she was at a friends house & didnt know the number & did not have a cell phone. They argued no callback, no apptmt. They hung up on her a lot & finally didnt answer. She visited the office to make the appointment. The lady at the front desk was nice. When Luk saw her, he blew up, yelling & screaming a lot an got very ugly! My SO felt her blood pressure, and was scared he would assault her. She began feeling faint with chest pains. Her family has heart problems and wanted an ambulance. She tried to use Luk's phone to call 911 but he grabbed the phone, yanked the wire, screaming. She staggered outside to get a guy to call 911. She was admitted to ER & treated for anxiety attack. He will be sued for the medical bills. No one should deny a call to 911! If you have any problem with him, this can happen to you.
