I have been doing business with Allied for 10 years, and have had nothing but great service. The sales manager has went above and beyond to help me many times. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They are deceptive and misrepresent, offer support and warranty that they don't honor, and are the most unethical group of people I have ever met. They also have a terrible track record with the Better Business Bureau. They apparently never even respond to complaints or address problems, don't even attempt to resolve disputes, and don't care that they have a bad reputation. Product my company bought was not the quality and type we ordered. When we found out the product was not the quality that we need for our customers we called three days after the original purchase to rectify the situation. We talked to the sales person on three different occasions over a few days, only to be ignored. We finally brought the product back to get a refund, but we were told it was our fault for not getting back to them sooner. We were told their return policy is with in 7 days with a 20 percent restocking fee. This policy is not posted anywhere for the customers to see. And when we told the operations manager we had been calling to correct the issue he said the sales person did not recall us calling. Basically buyer beware of Allied Semiconductor. They only want your money - they do not care about the customer relations or ethics.
