We like this store and Kim and all the employees have always been very nice to us. They go out of their way to be nice and we like the products.

I'm not sure what I these other review are about. Sounds like disgruntled ex-employees to me. I done buisness with Kim and the store while working for a professional buisness. She does everything she can to provide the best deals amd does so in a professional manner. Whom ever wrote previous reviews must have a personal grudge, dont let this misconstrue judgement upon this buisness. Perfect, professional, over all great place.

The store manager, Kim to be exact, is very unprofessional and rude. If you go in to the Sally store, be prepared for rude stares and whispers. Its a shame beacause Sally's is my favorite store around, but i schedule my visits around her days off. Call ahead of time to see if shes working to make sure your visit is a good one.

Kim, the manager at this store is incredibly rude Everytime I have come into the store she has been very rude and short with me. she was also rude with the other customers that were in the store. The employees are very nice and genuine, and once even appologized to me for Kims rude behavior. I don't even go into this store anymore because of Kim. I would rather drive all the way to eau Claire for my salon supplies and be treated with kindness then save a few dollars in gas and be treated like I'm dirt under someones feet.
