Dr. Jones is fantastic. Caring. Listens. Insightful. Educational. Goes for the most wholistic cure before opting for more strenuous measures. His office staff, however, leaves some to be desired. I sent them payment for services through my bank several months ago and the check somehow got lost due to their move from one office to another this past year (I'm not sure why it wouldn't forward since the address it was sent to was the accurate old address - they were supposed to call me after checking with the people now in the old office. They never called me back. Just sent another bill with late fees). Straightening this issue out with them has been a several-months-long annoyance and I ended up paying the bill (including the unnecessary late fees) over the phone just to get the mess over with. Don't let this deter you from the awesomeness of Dr. Jones. Just be aware that the office staff may be less than helpful.
