I had a legal matter settled by Mr. Barton. It was a sticky mess. He took the time to explain to me my options and the best way to proceed. He was professional and courteous. And, we ended up getting a settlement in my favor. He is an outstanding lawyer and seemed to be a decent person. In fact, I found out he used to be the president of the Idaho lawyers association. I would recommend him highly.

Took over 1-month to get the action dispute put together and sent out. He then charged me for revisions to letters, when all I had to correct was misspelled words and incorrect information (wrong addresses!)After the dispute was sent out, he sends me a contract to sign, agreeing to all the misc charges. and included an outrageous bill.
