I rented from here for 6 months and was happy with it until my rent increased to be 60% of what I was paying with the only warning being very fine print in an invoice. That kind of increase happened because they couldn't get renters in. That's not my problem. After calling corporate as well as the manager to ask why it was so much and if it were possible to have it changed - they didn't do anything. 60% rent increase for a 5x10 because you can't get people in the door? That's not my problem.

Upon moving out due to the huge rent increase I called Extra Storage Space and asked them, if I leave something in the unit, what will I be charged? I was told by their customer service $50.00. I double checked with them that I would not be charged for rent the next month and they said I wouldn't. They charged me. I moved to Public Storage and have had a much better experience. While the facility here is more updated, it's just a storage space - it's not worth the aggravation to deal with after the fact.
