The apartment size is nice but less than 1 month after you move in the roaches come out. You will see the roaches in the hall ways and even in the lobby but the manager claims she doesn't see them or have them. Our lease is up soon and I am afraid to move into another apartment owned by Maschole Properties since they own this one. In the day or the early morning the roaches crawl out in the living room walls, bathrooms and kitchen counter tops. Maintenance is horrible. They do an ugly patch job over everything and it takes weeks for them to come and fix something. The halls smell like weed, garbage or urine but if you complain the manager will proclaim not to smell what you are smelling. I am anonymous because unfortunately I am hear until the beginning of the year not because I am making this up. If you don't believe me ask for a tour, look at the walls, walk down the halls, and ask about their roach problems.
