I was often aware of feeling a deep compassion for all levels of management having to face these changes as well as the customers often caught in the middle. I came to realize that I have a calling or purpose with regard to change and that my presence somehow plays an important role, important enough that I was directed into these situations. Where I think I am most useful is in companies that are facing an unexpected change, one they are not prepared for. That's where my compassion and intuitive knowing are activated. Intuitive knowing amplifies the awareness needed to learn at an accelerated rate. I have learned to use and trust my intuitive knowing. Empathy is another essential quality in what I do. Empathy is the ability to feel what another person is feeling. This also allows me to utilize the unconscious intuitive knowing of another person. Empathy fosters the trust and agreement needed to make decisions and move forward.Decisions are a creative and multi-dimensional expression. I consider every significant decision a building block to creating a skeletal foundation of principles and universally agreed upon goals that give strong direction and enable clear, wise, peaceful and courageous action. My aim in every situation is to stay focused on the priorities of today. In focusing on one day at a time I allow the actions and decisions of the current day to re-position following days priorities. In doing so resources are utilized in the most efficient way. $500 4-5 hours.
