amazing. They are greatly priced and most importantly the staff is amazing. I worked with Mike Montanez and he went up and beyond. I got my car back cleaned and it looked brand new! I also got a report telling me what all I needed fixed and he even told me what needed to fixed and by when, instead of saying the everything had to be fixed so i spent more money right then and there like many other places. Definitely coming back.

STAY AWAY from this business! they make you wait well over an hour for a simple thing like a 5 minute estimate! their staff is incredibly rude and nasty! No wonder they have very little customers, but since they do work with insurance companies, and it's an armenian run business, you KNOW they're ripping off the insurance companies by charging outrageous prices for poor auto body work; they charge for new car parts, but they use BONDO!

The receptionist is a disgusting girl who sits behind her computer all day long looking at her myspace and listening to music, while the rest of the staff pretty much sit around all day long typing about 10 word per minute!

While I was there waiting well over an hour for an estimate I noticed 2 or 3 mechanics standing in the lobby the whole time just doing NOTHING, just having their conversations not even acknowledging the 2 customers there!



If your insurance company sends you there for an inspection/estimate demand they recommend another place, don't even bother wasting your time here!
