Avoid this place with every fiber of your being. The manager is a nice lady, she however isn't the problem. The actual owner is a slumlord who cuts the heat off in the non summer months. There is A/C in the bottom units, but the heaven help you if you're in a top unit! The entire top floor is uses a swamp cooler air circulation with non insulated pipes. This means that during the hot summer months, you might as well be outside because nothing but hot air will blow into your room! The place advertises free wifi but you have to be close to the office to even use it. There are many times when the entire complex can be seen huddled up in front the office area for the wifi, on a hot day, this is brutal. Then again, with hot air blowing into your room on a hot day, you're better off outside. For $130 a week and $500 dollars a month, there are better places for which you can suffer. This place's only saving grace is that it is roach and bedbug free, which shows that even vermin have living standards.
