All what they want is you money They have ver unprofessional staff and they bill you for a full session when they spend only 15 minutes with you

My experience has been very good at this office. I was skeptical about therapy at first but I have to say now that my counselor helped me cope with some very difficult issues.

Comprehensive Counseling Center in Rego Park was a disappointing experience for me. The first psychiatrist consistently kept me waiting at the very least 30 minutes for even the first appointment. The second one was better, but he seemed not to know certain things regarding similar chemistries of specific medications. Last, my therapist was not helpful to me because for one, she felt that my whole family was in need of therapy which wasn't what I needed to address in my life. We also seemed to have different ideas on what defines a person as reliable which although this might seem apparent, rigid mindsets know only their own boundaries. The only positive of this center is the reception staff, all of whom were always helpful, kind and patient.
