      General Info
      Situated at the base of Union Hill, Aham Yoga aims to make classical hatha and vinayasa yoga accessible to everyone. Our classes are tailored to each student's level of practice and physical conditions. All classes are conducted by Arundhati, who has trained extensively in Mysore, India and with the Iyengar family in Pune. We conduct Pranayama classes, special workshops on yoga and offer classes for kids and pre-natal women as well. In the summer months, we have a outdoor garden studio where we practice.
