General Info

I see individuals much like a flower bulb. Flower bulbs contain all the elements of a blooming flower; stem, leaves, root beginnings, and flower. The flower is fully formed inside. Bulbs store food inside scales which allow them to survive long dormant periods. They then push out fresh foliage and blooms when the timing is right. I believe that individuals already have within in them what they need to live a beautifully blooming life. Just like a garden needs tending and cultivation, so do individuals. We all experience dormant periods. These periods are an ideal time to seek counseling that is focused on tapping into your creative, resourceful, and whole being so that you can live the valued life you have always had flowering inside of you.
