we had new floors put in the kitchen and office space. we did all the grunt work. we were very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I took a day off work when they were going to start and they never showed up. they didn't have enough wood for the job, so it was delayed another day. they put cheap molding down, tore up the drywall and chipped the wood on a door jam - we let them know, but they were too busy to deal with us once the floors were done. it would have been nice if they would have asked us what trim we wanted before putting it down - we would have chosen real wood trim to go with the solid wood floors - and probably tall enough trim to cover up the chipped drywall. again, the poor customer service really took away from the job. I bet they wouldn't have finished their own house the way they left ours.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST! I can't say enough about this company! They were very down to earth, told you what they would do, not what you want to hear and give great recos! I have used them 3 separate times and have not been disappointed at all. they are quick, flexible and very HONEST. I had an estimate and they stuck to that estimate/contract. They quality of the work done was top notch and I would absolutely do business with them again. I have recommended them to friends and they have always received rave reviews, i have much confidence when I tell family and friends to use this company! it was great doing business with you.

I wish I could give no stars for this rating. I just have had dealings with this company and am highly dissatisfied. We trusted this company to do work as estimated and only had verbal agreement. This was in error. They began the work a day late without notification. They began the work and indicated that there would be additional charges for work to be completed adequately. When this was discussed with company owner the charges for the work done were unreasonable and not completed to terms of the verbal contract. If you were to consider work to be done by this company I would recommend a written contract. Overall, I would not recommend considering this company.
