Very poor customer support, left waiting on the phone, finally reached someone with an attitude that would not check their inventory for a my medication, unless I came in to the store !!

Very upset as not first time problem with Pharmacy. Had Knee surgery today.. got out of hospital around 4 pm. Prescription called in to pharmacy by hospital. Got to pharmacy around 6:00pm. told just received it 10 minutes before and due to being busy would be ready at 8:30 pm. Ok no problem do understand so came home. Husband goes back at 8:45 and got told they just got it 10 minute before. NOT TRUE she looked and told us earlier it was there. So he had to wait even longer for stuff I needed hours ago. SO NOT HAPPY HERE!!! Been a customer for many years considering changing if treated like this.
