There aren't many places to get authentic Thai food in Redding... but this is one! Nipa's has a good choice of different foods to match what you're in the mood for. The staff is friendly, and available for whatever you request. It's always very quiet when I go in. I hope they get more business, but if they do I'll miss the quiet atmosphere. Also, they have a cage full of exotic birds outside the restaurant that you can go look at before or after your meal.
