Friendly, helpful and always ready with a smile for you and treats for your four-legged friend.They carry those hard to find items and if it can't be found in their store they will order it for you.



Learnealesson2 you are just the kind of gal that gives all the rest of us dog owners a bad name. How would you like it if I brought my doggie over to your house and then I let it pee all over your stuff? Would you like to purchase merchandise for your pup that another dog had pissed all over? Of course the owner is in business to make money...that's why it's called a business . . . . she cannot sell the merchandise that your dog pees on. Looks to me like you need to learn some "animal etiquette". Just think what that store would be like if "All" the customers let their dogs go to the bathroom in there.



Please show some consideration for others and for your dog. You should have given him a potty break. Hey well all need a potty break now and then. *g*

I have been taking my Maggie(Chihuahua) to Happy Tails Barkery for her entire 3 1/2 years. As soon as we enter the store Maggie is greeted by the owner by name then immediatly given a chicken treat. I am greeted as well, but not given a treat, and told of new clothes in Maggie's size and favorite color. If I am having trouble locating anything the owner seems more than happy to help me. I then try the clothes on my Maggie, in the store. If the outfit does not fit, the owner offers to order one in Maggies size if the company will allow it. We have had one item shrink after washing it and when I took it back we were given the money back, we turned around and bought another of the same thing and had no problems with it.



In regards to the comment made by Learnealesson....I have never been told I could not bring Maggie into the store, nor while in the store have I heard any other customer told this. Obviously the owner of the dog urinating all over the store needs to pay closer attention to her dogs physical needs and take it outside for a break, then go back in the store.



I would and do refer everyone I see with animals to Happy Tails, this store has it all.

We are toy poodles and love Happy Tails Barkery. We have always had sensitive skin and one of us gets bad colitis when eating the wrong food--bloody diarrhea--yuk! We tried all the traditional pet store brands and suggestions--nothing helped. Then Mom and Dad took us to Happy Tails--bravo! Their suggestions and special diet products have made life for all of us more tolerable--our bed doesn't wiggle all night from scratching and we do not have to wake Dad up all night to eat stomach-settling grass.



But what we like most about Happy Tails Barkery is their "cookies"--tasty, fresh, homemade cookies--and they are healthy! We love them--just don't ask us to share them with our friends--Mom and Dad get them for us because they love us!

We have been going to Happy Tails Barkery & Pet Supplies for several years--a pleasant experience! Helpful, smiling faces have always greeted us and our dogs--yes, they often go in with us. The owners and helpers have all been very helpful and made excellent recommendations to us, and have gladly worked with us on returning items that did not work out right for our problems. They have an excellent stock and comparatively good prices. They have made special orders for us on more than one occasion. If you are interested in feeding your animal "natural" or more healthy products, I know of no other retail store outlet in Redding that can fill the bill--thank you, Happy Tails, for being there and meeting all of our needs!!!

THIS WOMAN WHO OWN'S THIS STORE IS UNFREINDLY AND DOES NOT ALLOW PETS IN HER PET STORE. IT'S A PET STORE!!! I URGE YOU TO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE SHE IS THERE JUST TO MAKE MONEY SHE RAISES HER PRICES EVERY WEEK. THIS IS NO LIE. BE CAREFUL OF HER SUGGESTIONS ON CARING FOR YOUR DOG. AIR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE UNFRIENDLY ABOUT YOU RETURNING THING THAT THEY RECOMMENDED.
