Let me start by saying I will gladly write another review if we can resolve this matter SOON! They have not kept us informed or returned our calls. We have been without air conditioning for 11 days. We were first told we needed a special order part and if they didn't have it in stock, it would be in in 2 - 3 business days. He was supposed to let me know. I did not hear from him. I called and was told it would take 3 -5 business days. Again, no call. I called Wednesday morning and was told expected delivery was Thursday. Again no call. We have tried calling MANY times in the last 2 days. Still no return call. We have been more than patient! We have 4 small children and we are doing our best to keep cool but it is hot and muggy! We are extremely disappointed in a business that will not even give us a courtousy call.
