48 minute response time from phone call to arriving at my house...THE MORNING AFTER A HURRICANE!! Excellent customer service. A 4 person team got right to work, assessing the problem (water under and on top of laminate floor-just installed 6months ago-AGH!) Unfortunately it could not be saved, but the now damaged floor was removed, floor dried and moped, 7 fans and 2 driers left to finish the job, and they had the job completed. No worries of mold doing future damage....Only a few hours after calling, the problem was taken care of. Very Happy! Very nice family too, incase you worry about how you invite into your home.
